Alpine Alleycat

Finish Location: Kirby Cosmo’s BBQ Bar, Minturn, CO

Welcome to the Alpine Alleycat. This is the ‘fun’ one. There’s no set course. A true ‘choose your own adventure’ on the bike. We’ll have a number of coordinates around the greater Vail area you’ll need to get to. Once you’ve arrived at the set location you’ll need to collect something. Think of it as a scavenger hunt by bike.

The coordinates will be unknown until the morning of the event. We will hand out the list of objectives at 7:50AM and give everyone a 10 minute window to make a game plan before the start gun goes off at 8:00. We will also publish all the coordinates on Ride With GPS the morning of the event so all you outta town’ers can have a downloadable map. This is not a race, it is meant to be a fun long bike ride. Get as many or as few as you want. Ride with friends all day. Go nuts and turn yourself inside out trying to get as many as you can. Do your thang. We suggest riding an MTB as a lot of these coordinates will be accessible by trail, but you could spend the day underbiking on drop bars if you’re into that sorta thing. You do you.
